Theme – Cannot view details, delete inactive themes, or upload a theme.

    Hello !
    I am trying to click on inactive themes and delete them, but when I click on ‘view details’, nothing happens. When I click on ‘add new’ and ‘upload’, nothing happens as well.
    Is this an issue with my browser, or WordPress?
    I have tried clearing cache on WordPress and restarting my computer.

    Hi there, only sites with the WordPress.com Business Plan are able to upload custom themes: https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/

    Other sites can select themes from the WordPress.com theme directory: https://wordpress.com/themes/

    That being said, I suspect your actual site isn’t hosted at WordPress.com as the site you’ve linked doesn’t appear to have much content posted recently. To confirm, is that the site you are referring to? If not, what is the URL of your website?

    Bare in mind that if your websites uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, you should post in the self-hosted forums or alternatively contact your hosting prover. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
