Theme causing internal redirects and slowing the site

    I may have a conflict between my site’s theme and the Peachpay plugin I’m trying to use. When the plugin is activated the site slows to a point where it does not function. I reached out to Cloudways support, and they discovered the theme is using up all of the resources and redirecting internally. I have screenshots from Cloudways support on this, but they said i need to contact WordPress for further solutions.
