  how can I change my theme after I purchased the $99 Package (which states that all themes are available for use). When I search through the themes, it wants me to pay for the one I would like when it should be included in the package I just purchased?

  Premium themes are not included in the WordPress.com Premium upgrade. Premium themes can be purchased separately if you would like to use them on your blog.
