If I pay 99$ and buy all upgrades, can I change theme any time I want even if I used the old one for a while

You can use any free theme you fancy. But the $99 upgrade does not include the premium themes. You buy those for yourself. They vary in price. There is a 30 period during which you can claim a refund if the premium theme turns out to be a disappointment for your purposes.

Thank you, and I have one more question. I want to add menus but this theme doesnt support more than one menu how can I add more menus? If I pay $99 can I add more menus??
