  how to change a theme when in appearence i have only “search for installed themes”

  You do not see that message on any WordPress.COM hosted blog.
  We provide support here only for WordPress.COM hosted blogs.
  We do not provide support for WordPress.ORG software installs.

  On the dashboard of http://arkamea.wordpress.com/ you have over 200 theme options on the dashboard Theme page.

  It sounds like you’re talking about a different blog, one using WordPress.ORG software, in which case you need to be in their forums for help with that.
