Theme Change

  I have a Premium package. Can I change my responsive blog theme to another theme without making the changes live to users? In other words, can I change the theme and make sure all of the content translates without my users seeing the changes in action?

  Yes. There is a preview mode when you use the customizer to browse themes. https://en.support.wordpress.com/customizer/
