  I’m trying to change the theme of my website, but a message keeps occurring. ‘Unable to activate theme. Contact support.’

  Hi there,

  How about clearing a cache of your web browser once? This will help you probably. Please try and let me know if it works for you.

  This looks like a browser issue. Can you please try the following things:

  * Clear your browser’s cache

  * Force refresh the page

  * Log-out from your WordPress.com account and log-in again.
