Theme Change

    I am unable to change the theme of my site. Whenever I try to activate or upload new theme it says to contact support.

    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi there,

    I see your site is hosted with Bluehost, and connected to WordPress.com using the Jetpack plugin.

    Are you trying to add a theme via WordPress.com ->Appearance ->Themes, or from inside the WP-Admin dashboard for your site? Does it work if you use the other method from the one you’ve been using so far?
