Theme changed itself?

On my WordPress settings page, I saw a bunch of popups asking me to rate their plugins, give permissions, update, etc.
Well, I must have clicked something I wasn’t supposed to, because when I went to my website, the theme changed. The order of the different tabs on top changed (with some new ones added), and there’s a new stock photo on my main page that blends into the tab bar.
How can I revert these changes? The website is paulministries.net . -
