theme changed when upgraded to starter
-
Hi there, after switching from .com to .no and upgrading to the starter package – it seems like the site has automaticly changed theme. The old theme was called ‘restaurant’ and I can’t really find it anymore.
The best thing would be to be able to revert the whole site to how it was 2 days ago… if that’s possible.
Hoping for some help! :)

Hello!
Thank you for reaching out! The theme you previously had was linked to your plan level, which was Explorer (formerly Premium). However, since you downgraded to a Starter plan, the theme was removed.
The reason you can’t find the theme is that the Restaurant theme was retired in 2021. Any sites that had the theme were allowed to continue using it provided their Explorer plan was still in place or they did not switch to another theme. However, if you choose to upgrade to the Explorer plan, I can restore the theme to your account as a one-time courtesy. Additionally, we’ll credit what you’ve already paid for the Starter plan towards the upgrade.
Please note that because this theme has been retired, it’s advisable to consider finding a new theme. As the WordPress software is continuously updated, retired themes may not be compatible with the latest WordPress versions. In the future, this theme may become incompatible.
Feel free to ask if you have any questions. Otherwise, we’ll await your response!
