theme changes denied – it says only the admin can make changes, but I AM the adm

  Yep, Firefox 12 is the primary browser I use. IE 9 on occasion.

  Ok, here’s a long shot. I noticed that you recently changed your email address to include all capital letters. That’s essentially part of your account ID and may be causing the trouble.

  Would you please try changing it back to all lowercase, then check again?

  Hi, was there ever a resolution to this problem? I’m having the same thing happen to me. I’ve tried the above suggestions, and I’m still not getting anywhere.
