Theme Color Not Working

  Hello,
  I was trying to change the theme color to one of the available six, and it will not change even though it says it is saved as the color I am trying to get. Please advise about this.

  Navigate to the Customizer and click on the Colors panel to select the one you like.

  I did that already, and saved it. It shows that I am using a different color than what is actually being displayed. I’m not trying to figure out how to find it, but rather why it is not working…
