Theme Color Scheme

    Attempting to change my color scheme on twenty eleven theme from light to dark but can’t find where the option for such would lie. According to the page it says it’s under “Appearance > Theme Options”, but I don’t see any option for that.

    Also I would like to change the font size of my header title and subtitle, cannot find a way to do that either. Any help is appreciated.
