Theme Column Not Appearing Correctly
-
Hello!
I’m fairly new to wordpress and I recently changed my blog theme to Mistylook by Sadish. I really love the look of the theme, but when I am viewing my blog as a whole, the widgets (Archive, Topic Clouds, etc) all appear at the BOTTOM of the page rather than on the right-hand side.
When I click on just one post, however, the widgets DO appear on the right-hand side of the post. Is this theme working correctly? Is there something I can do to make my widgets display on the right side rather than the very bottom of my page?
Please help!
Thanks!
Dharma

First thing I see is that the image in “The princess bride” is too wide for the theme. Go in and make that image narrower (Mistylook has a maximum image width in the posts of 500px) and see if that doesn’t fix things.

I changed the width of that photo as well as another larger one just in case, but I am still having the same problem :(

First, go to settings > writing and select “WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML automatically” and click “save changes.
Second, go to settings > reading and set your blog to display only one post per page. Then work through the posts one at a time to see which post(s) is/are causing the issue.
Third, open those posts, make one minor change (such as adding a space and then deleting it) and then click “update post.” WordPress should automatically fix any HTML errors that might be causing the issue.
