  hi i whant to use https://theme.co/x/, can i config my site as i like with x-theme config if i buy the 2.9$ package? or i must buy the 8$ packege on wordpress.com?

  Hi @williamjudi!

  Themes like the one you have linked to, are actually built for a different kind of WordPress site, called ‘self hosting,’ and not for WordPress.com.

  This is the single best article I’ve ever seen on the differences: https://dailypost.wordpress.com/2013/11/14/com-or-org/

  There are some themes that have a similar look to the one you’ve described – not all of the same features, but the do have the large, screen filling background image on the home page:
