Theme corrupted during activation

    The Twenty Eleven theme stalled during installation on lansingareaNOW.com (I purchased the domain from you). This has caused problems with the Header images – any time I change a widget or so any theme with a theme option, I have go back into the Header setting and select my header image again, once in FB, once in Chrome, and once in MSIE. I have never been able to resolve the issue at all in Safari because I don’t have access to a Mac to do so.

    I have switched to other themes and then switched back to Twenty Eleven but the issues persist. If I had FTP access, I would just delete the folder and I am sure life would be great. But I do not have FTP access. Can you delete and reinstall the theme? Can I buy hosting of some sort and gain FTP access to the theme folders?

    Themes aren’t actually installed on WordPress.com. This is a massive Multisite WordPress installation, so the themes are already installed in a single instance. When you activate a theme on a WordPress.com blog, you just switch to using those files.
