Theme Country’s Zimple Pro

    I purchased Theme Country’s Zimple Pro and when I clicked to activate it, I lost my website and am receiving this error: ‘Themecountry_Kirki’ not found

    How can I get back into my site, and change themes – preferably a theme that doesn’t throw an error and take the site down.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Your website doesn’t seem to be hosted by WordPress.com, instead it is using the WordPress.org software on your own server (self-hosted). This forum is for providing support only for websites hosted on WordPress.com

    There are two versions of WordPress – WordPress.com and WordPress.org. You can find more information about the differences between them here.

    I would suggest that you look at the support page of WordPress.org and their forum – https://wordpress.org/support/. If you don’t have an account there you can create one for free here.
