THEME CRASHED PLEASE HELP!

I recently installed the below plug-in with out backing up my date base. Its crashed my wordpress, and even after I uninstalled it, I had no luck.

You need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you just crashed. The fix to get your site back up is very simple and the folks at WordPress.ORG see the same problem several times a day so you can probably find the solution already in the Forum.
