theme .css files changes after saving 'theme options' to the old .css files

i’m using wp v3.6 and kallyas v3.1 theme
after theme update, the new css takes affect and works properly, but when I save the ‘theme options’ one times, or when i make any changes in the theme options – four .css files allways changes to the previous/old .css files.
i tried it several times through ftp and the wp theme installation, but i found no way to keep the new .css files.
i also tried to change file permission temporarily to 777
