Theme customisation not working?

  I’m trying to customise my theme for my blog, but when publish it, it doesn’t change. Also, when I go back to customise it again, my customised settings are already saved. I’ve tried deleting cookies and cache, and updating my flash, and it hasn’t worked so far. :( does anyone else have any other suggestion on how I could get around this?
