  Hi there. It doesn’t look like you’ve created a page yet on which to display the portfolio projects. Create a new page and add the Portfolio shortcode to the page. If you have any published projects they will then display on that page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/portfolios/portfolio-shortcode/

  The link @musicdoc provided is for your portfolio archive. You could also add that to your menu if you prefer an archive view over the shortcode format. See here for instructions on setting up a custom menu: http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
