Theme customizer not loading

  Hello! I have been trying to customize my blog for two days and have not been able to get the theme customizer to load. It worked before this. I did have to get a complete wipe and reinstall of an OS so I’m wondering if I don’t need to install a plug-in I forgot. I’ve already got Flash and Java, is there one I’m missing?
  I’m running Snow Leopard 10.6.8, if that helps. Thanks!

  I understand that this is an issue that has been brought up before, but the last response that I saw was for just waiting and trying again later. It has been two days for me, though…

  Any help is appreciated.

  @3m7v1s4, I know it has been a while, but I just wanted to check in on you to see if you were still having trouble with the Appearance → Themes → Customize section of your WordPress.com dashboard.

  If you’re having trouble with it, I would like to check it out.
