Theme Customizer stuck during loading

  Hi Support,

  I have an issue regarding the customizer under ‘Appearance’ not being able to load the live preview.

  The left side menu appears with the theme I’m customising selected, yet the right side live preview is stuck on the loading circle icon.

  Have tried changing themes and using the customizer and they all work. So it narrows down to a theme possibly being corrupted.

  Any help would be appreciated!

  I checked http://vibebros.com/ and I found that site is setup using WordPress software, but it is not hosted here at WordPress.com. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ to learn about the differences.

  I agree is sounds like a problem with the theme. I would recommend contacting the theme author directly and including notes about the troubleshooting steps you’ve completed so far and mention whether or not you’ve made any modifications to the theme and the exact URL you are on when you see the problem happening.
