Theme Demo Import

    Hi there,

    I’ve purchased a compatible theme with wordpress through blossom themes, however when I go to import the theme demo I keep getting this simple error Error: error (500) with no other information, could someone please walk me through the steps to get this installed? Thank you!

    Hi @elenawood, possibly! Is the site hosted here on our servers under another account? If so, will you log in as that user and get in touch again, so you’ll reach direct support and we’ll know which site you need help with?
