Theme Disappearing on Categories

  • Unknown's avatar

    Hello,

When I add a new category, such as Professor Says and someone clicks on it, the theme is gone. If I use uncategorized, then the theme is applied to the listing.

Is there something that needs to be done to make sure the theme is applied to all posts and categories?

You can see by going to http://nuiwater.wordpress.com and click on Professor Says under a listing.

    Thanks

    (1) If you have not yet configured your categories widget and placed it in your sidebar this may be of help to you http://bloggersblurt.wordpress.com/2006/09/17/widget-wizardry/
    (2) Also note that until you actually have a post marked with the category in question the category will not appear.
    (3) Category tags are not specific to your blog site alone but will link the wordpress.com tag page and other posts on other blogs on the same subject. That’s what’s ocurring here – it’s not a loss of theme.
    (4) I could be wrong but the aim of your blog seems to be thus far only to drive readers through links to another website for commercial purposes. WordPress.com blogs are very restricted when it comes to advertising and are not to be used in this manner please consult http://faq.wordpress.com/2005/12/08/adsense/ and contact staff through feedback (button on top right hand corner of any page) for further guidance.
