Theme display problems with IE9 and Safari

    i just spent hours working on a site and it looks great on firefox, chrome, and safari on a mac but for some reason when you pull it up it up on a iPad the home page is messed up the other pages seem to work fine, i thought maybe it had something to do with being mobile but it comes up fine on a iphone.

    and on i.e.9 the whole site comes up jacked up, the homepage has (x) out all of the images and the layout is all out of sync on all of the pages can anyone help me with this.
