Theme doesn't allow background image

  I’m new at this…I bought the Ebigale premium theme from Theme Forest, but there isn’t an option to upload a custom background or header image to the theme template.

  When I go to my customize menu there isn’t even a “Background” menu. The only thing I’m able to change is the background and header colors.

  Does anyone know how I could upload a custom wallpaper to this theme?
