Theme doesn't show background and colors and AMP

  I have a pay version of WordPress and everything up to date but the options of “background & colors” and the “EMP” option doesn’t appear when I choose to customize.

  Please help

  Hi there, could you confirm which site you need help with? The one listed here does have a background color set, and it’s a free site, so I’m guessing it’s not the one you meant to link.
