Theme doesn't show properly in Chrome or FireFox

  My theme doesn’t show properly in Chrome or FireFox, I can’t for the life of me figure out why. Even if I select the default theme, it does the same thing. I have the latest version of wordpress.
  PHP Version 5.2.13
  MySQL 5.0.90

  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
