Theme download

  Hi. I am wondering if I can simply purchase one of the theme templates, download and upload onto my host server? If yes, how do I do this? And, how does theme support work? Thanks

  Please read the premium Themes section of the support docs.

  When you purchase a premium theme, it is available for the lifetime of that blog. If you would like to use the same theme across multiple blogs, you’ll have to purchase the theme for each blog.

  Note: Premium Themes that are licensed for WordPress.com use only cannot be transferred to self-hosted WordPress.org sites. Some Automattic-developed premium themes can be transferred to a self-hosted site at no charge, as part of a Guided Transfer. Please post in the premium theme forums if you’d like to know whether your theme qualifies.
