Theme Editor

How come i can’t find the theme editor in anywhere? Do i need to pay for it? hmm

The only themes we can use here on WordPress.COM are available on your dashboard under “Appearance—>Themes.”
We cannot edit the underlying code of those themes, though with the purchase of the CSS upgrade one can change the way they look.
