Theme editor

After the latest update, are we not able to edit the themes anymore, without purchasing the $30 option for CSS?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The custom design upgrade is for one blog for one year. By “latest update” do you mean that you started another blog?
http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/Custom Design is a paid upgrade that costs $30.00 per blog, per year.

Thanks for your reply. “Latest update” meaning the WP version was updated, and now I’m not able to edit my theme like I was before. Previously I was able to go into ‘appearance’ and then click on ‘editor’ but now that option is gone, and only offers to allow you edit access if you pay the $30.

The link to your username:

does not work.http://creativelogicdesigns.wordpress.com/
is hosted here for free
WordPress.com does not have “versions.” It is updated many times per day. And if you want to play with the CSS you must buy an upgrade. My question is, are you asking about a self-hosted site using wp.ORG software? Perhaps the link at the beginning of this post which does not work?
