  Why my dashboard does not have a theme editor? I would like to change the HTML code in my footer to add few links to the existing ones

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  For security reasons we don’t allow custom HTML to be entered directly in the theme.

  You can control the appearance of your blog with a Custom Design upgrade, if you’re experienced with CSS:

  There are no restrictions if you setup a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a WordPress.com blog, but there are some added responsibilities. We have hosting recommendations at the following link if you are interested.
