Theme Editor and Add. Css not working

  Hello, I am new to WordPress and was wondering how to change the CSS of theme53989. I have been trying to change the colors using CSS in both Theme Editor and Additional CSS and they both are not working. Can someone help me?

  The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com. WordPress.com sites also don’t have access to the theme editor, and using custom CSS requires our Premium Plan.

  If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead, or contact support for your theme directly.
