theme error and over payment

    I purchased a site theme that I do not like…. then another so I think I have purchased 2 themes neither of which i want or like!! Can I get my money back and then choose a new theme?!!

    Result: I paid for 2 themes (when I can only use 1) and don’t like either! Can I change and not be charged a 3rd time?!

    Please let me know if A) I can be paid back (refunded) and B) if I can then start over and choose a new theme? !! arghhhhhhhhh!

    Hi there,

    I’m sorry for the trouble with those theme purchases. I saw the message that you’re happy with your current theme (Modern News), so I cancelled and refunded your purchases for the Newsy and Massive Press themes. Please note it can sometimes take 1-2 weeks for refunds to appear on your bank statement.

    If you’d like any additional help setting up the Modern News theme, you can also contact the theme author directly in the Modern News support forum.

    Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
