  My theme is not functioning how I need it to and was shown in the example. Can I exchange it for another. I paid $75 for it and would really love to still use this service!

  Do you still want to use Gridspace or change it to another theme. If you still want to use Gridspace, take a look at the support guide here to make it look like the demo:
