Theme "failed to activate"

  I have tried three times to change the theme of my blog. Each time it says “failed to activate” and suggests contacting customer support. Why can’t I change the theme?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Exactly which theme are you attempting to activate? What is the name please? Note that if it is a premium theme you have to purchase it in order for it to display on the blog. https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/premium-themes/#how-to-get-a-premium-theme

  Hi,

  It looks like you’ve currently activated the Plane theme. Are you still having trouble activating themes?

  Also, following up on your other thread, is the customizer loading correctly? If not, can you let me know what browser you’re using? You can find out the browser version by visiting http://whatismybrowser.com.
