Theme file editor error

    I was editing the theme file and making changes in a page template successfully. But then all of a sudden it starting throwing error that:

    ‘Something went wrong. Your changes may not be saved. Please try again. There is also a chance that you may need to manually fix and upload the file over http://FTP.’

    I have cleared cache and restore the backup as well but it still throws same error.
    whats the way to get out if this?

    Are you seeing any errors on your site? I checked but didn’t see any. If there are no errors, it’s likely the files are undamaged.

    What is it you’re trying to do? There may be an easier way than editing theme files directly.
