Theme File Upload – 2 days, no luck

I want to upload a new theme to my blog. I have read everything I could find about this and am still confused. Would someone please take pity on me and tell me the easiest way to do this? Is there a way to upload the theme files from my computer without FTP such as FileZilla? I have downloaded it but do not know what I would plug in as Host, User Name, and Password, because I do not have my files stored on a website, only my computer. I know this has to be a realatively simple procedure but for the life of me I can’t figure it out after two days of trying.
I would be grateful if someone would help me. Thank you!

Sorry, but you are in the wrong forum. This forum is for blogs hosted at wordpress.COM and we cannot upload themes here. You need to head over to http://wordpress.ORG/support/

Um, since I don’t have your blog address – it’s not linked in your username nor did you provide it in your post – I didn’t have any way of knowing where you are hosted. Is this your blog? http://quietimthinking.wordpress.com/
If that’s the blog you are referring to, then my earlier comment applies. We cannot upload themes here. The only themes that are available to you are the ones in your dashboard.

Thank you. I am new to this and did not realize there was a wordpress.com and a wordpress.org. I see the difference now and understand the limitations of wordpress.com. Thank you again for your help. I do appreciates it.
