  Hi, I am looking for a theme that has a design similar to the BAE Systems website. Any pointers would be much appreciated. Something like this: http://www.baesystems.com

  Can be premium or free.

  That site is not a free hosted WordPress.com blog. The only themes we can use on the free hosted WordPress.COM blog are here http://wordpress.com/themes/

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have separate logins. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
