Theme folder showing as shortcut and inaccessible using SFTP

    Hi there

    Every time I’ve tried to reach support they’ve been unavailable so I hope someone can help.

    I’m using SFTP to access the activated theme so that I can change permissions of certain files and edit them using the theme editor. Sadly the theme folder (Dara) is showing as a shortcut in my FTP client, rather than a legit folder, so I’m unable to make any changes or indeed even access any of the files associated with the theme.

    Any ideas?
