Theme footer problems – MistyLook
-
I’ve been using the MistyLook theme for my blog for some time, but about a week or so ago the block that says “Blog at WordPress.com” on the left and “Theme: MistyLook by Sadish” on the right pops up in the middle of my posts (and moves down as I scroll down the page). Since this appears to be part of the theme I can’t find a way to delete it or at least anchor it to the bottom of the screen or something. Help??? Blog is http://catsandbooks.wordpress.com. Thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Staff introduced “infinte scroll” to the MistyLook theme. Search the forum for “infinite scroll” and you will find quite a lot of discussions on the topic. This is a link to the discussion that started it all https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/to-infinity?replies=137 and this was further WordPress.com user discussion once the main topic was closed by Staff https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/infinite-scroll-do-we-get-an-opt-out-and-will-this-apply-to-other-themes?replies=166
That being said I don’t know if what you are describing is in any way related to infinite scroll. I’m flagging this thread so it will be moved to the Themes Forum where Themes Staff will respond to you.

Yes, the “infinite scroll – to infinite and beyond” applied to MistyLook brings this result. As MistyLook don’t has footer widgets area, there aren’t any way to delete those popups that hide part of your blog.

Greetings. Yes when it comes to Disabling Infinite Scroll on your WordPress.com Blog choices for MistyLook users and all users of themes that do not have footer widgets are very limited. -
