theme for a networking group

  I am a setting up a website for my BNI networking group. There are 28 members in the group. Only one member can be from any specific category.

  I’d like to find a theme that is best suited for this. I want to be able to enter a picture, bio, description and contact details for each member. I don’t want one member getting any better placement than any other. Would probably list them in alpha order.

  Any suggestions on best theme for this?
