Theme for government institution

  Hi,

  I’m searching for theme that I would use for goverment insitution site. I prefered premium themes site but free is ok too. I’m lookin for simple yet modern and responsive design theme. With not so much videos, pictures and entertaining content. Rich classy theme, but simple content and UI. Main feature on site is news. Also I would prefer if theme isn’t so much popular, in other words it doesn’t have many downloads. Do you have any suggestions or if you are wordpress theme owner send me your products.

  You may like Broadsheet, as it’s a news styled theme.

  Big Brother is a minimalist free theme you might like.
