  The site you reference looks like a custom built site and is not using WordPress. I would suggest taking a look through our Business Themes.

  I see no sites associated with your username, so I have no idea whether you are wanting to host your site here, perhaps with the WordPress.com Business plan, or if you are planning on self-hosting a site on another web hosting service.
