Theme Fraud

    Hi. I purchased a SKT Strong theme and I was not only charged twice, but I was never able to use the theme because it never downloaded properly for use. I have tried contacting the theme company, but they are never responsive and do not have active phone numbers. How do I go about getting a refund?

    Where did you purchase this theme from? Can you send me a link where I can take a look?

    The reason I’m asking is because it wasn’t purchased under the user account that you are using here. There aren’t any upgrades billed to that account. I think you knew that but I just wanted to mention in case.

    If you aren’t able to reach the theme author through their page for support then I’d suggest cancelling the payment from your bank.

    Hi,

    Yes, I have multiple WordPress accounts and I realized the chat was posted with the default account. I’ll leave the website with the account it is associated with and the website I purchased the theme from. I can also repost the chat with the correct account if needed, thank you.
