Theme from ThemeForest, how to install on a blog?

  How do you install a theme purchased elsewhere into a WordPress blog? all the info I can find online concerns WordPress sites, not blogs

  WordPress.com does not offer the option to install a theme from an outside source. To do that, you would need a self-hosted WordPress.org setup.
