theme has caused "critical error"

    Hi there, every time I try to access “themes” under appearance on my dashboard I am bumped out of the admin of my site and receive a “critical error” that says there’s a problem with my theme. This has happened often so I want to switch themes, however I can’t do that because every time I try to access the themes on the dashboard it crashes….
    also, even though the WordPress email gave me info about where the problem was found, I don’t know how to fix it

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.
