  I have the Choco Theme Options on my blog http://gymnotes.org. Without upgrading, how can I get my tabs to show up on my new background? I am looking for a place to change the color of those tabs so that they will show up, but I’m not having success.

  Unfortunately, that’s going to require a Custom Design upgrade to make the necessary color changes via CSS.
