I’m trying to set up my page and I selected a theme and have been trying to customise it.
For some reason the graphic has disappeared and I can’t make it come back.
    Any tips?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

What do you mean by “set up my page” ? We have blogs and there are both pages and posts in a blog.

Sorry, but nothing matched your search criteria. Perhaps searching will help you find what you are looking for.

By default the front page of your blog displays all posts. The 404 (page not found) error message on the front page of the blog appeared because the Admin of the blog deleted the placeholder Hello World post. http://en.support.wordpress.com/not-found/ As soon as you publish a post, not a page it will disappear. Read the differences between Pages and Posts.

For some reason the graphic has disappeared and I can’t make it come back.

Go here > Appearance > Background
Remove whatever settings you entered there ie. custom background image or clear the custom color reverting to “default”, then click “save changes” and the original graphic will appear again.

If your entered anything here > Appearance > Header then remove it.

On the bottom of your Admin page you will find a link to the step by step Learn WordPress.com blogging Tutorial prepared by Staff. http://learn.wordpress.com/
The support documentation is all found at the Support link http://en.support.wordpress.com which is also on the bottom of your Admin page.
